‘Two entities, only one mind. Bond by the energy source, always in contact, never knowing. Our duality as human beings is often neglected and accepting all of our parts is vital. One light, the other one dark. But what is dark anyway? Solely the absence of light. Everything is part of us and one must integrate the good and the bad, the dark and the light, the joy and the sorrow, everything in antithesis, finding the balance within them in order to get to that higher power energy source. And once you get there and time stops, you realise that our bodies and our minds unify and our duality ceases to exist. Go sit down with your darker self, give it love and affection, give it compassion and understanding. Accept all your shades with an open mind, open heart and with open arms. ‘
